Anthony Dorment is the Chief Operating Officer of Alpha, bringing deep expertise in finance, operations, and strategic partnerships to the firm's operating cadence and execution. His work spans interim and fractional executive roles, including CFO and operating leadership positions, where he has led capital raises, built financial infrastructure, and guided companies through key inflection points, including successful acquisitions.

Most recently, Dorment was Chief Operating Officer of Authentic Artists, a generative AI music company, where he built and led the company's finance, operations, HR, and legal functions. He played a central role in scaling the business, establishing strategic partnerships, and supporting the development of cutting-edge AI-driven products for content creators and game developers.

Earlier in his career, Dorment held senior leadership roles in business development and partnerships, including SVP of Publisher Partnerships at Ericsson Emodo, where he contributed to M&A execution and post-acquisition integration.
