Najoh Tita-Reid is a global growth executive and transformation architect with more than 35 years of experience building iconic global brands, scaling commercial functions, and unlocking enterprise value across some of the world's most complex consumer organizations. Her impact spans five sectors, from Mars Petcare and Procter & Gamble to Logitech, Hero, Bayer, and GlobalHue.
Having lived and led outside the United States for over 13 years across executive roles, cultures, and time zones, Najoh has built global businesses across four continents. Working at the nexus of brand strategy, AI-enabled marketing, and enterprise transformation, she brings a unique ability to build organizations from scratch, design growth operating systems, cultivate inclusive teams, and lead large-scale change that redefines industry benchmarks and drives operational, commercial, and cultural success.
At Mars Petcare, a $30B business spanning Nutrition, Veterinary Health, and Services across 130+ markets, Najoh built the Brand, Experience and Growth function and then the enterprise-wide Growth Operating System as President and Global Chief Growth Officer. She drove the largest agency ecosystem transformation in consumer goods history, embedded AI across planning, production, and measurement, and founded the first global growth community of 2,000+ associates. At Logitech, she delivered a pandemic-era transformation of Net Sales +73% and Profits +100%. At Bayer, she reversed a struggling business from -10% to +9% in 24 months.
Focused on operating at the nexus of AI and growth, Najoh is a Fellow of the Alpha Institute for AI Governance and co-chairs the Alpha Growth Council, contributing to the neutral standard for how boards and operators govern AI in the decisions that matter most. She brings growth thinking into AI conversations, and the discipline that moves organizations from AI investment to commercial value, and from intention to traction.
