Anthony Dorment

Anthony Dorment is the Chief Operating Officer of Alpha, bringing deep expertise in finance, operations, and strategic partnerships to the firm's operating cadence and execution. He has a proven track record of scaling early-stage companies, securing venture capital, and driving growth through operational rigor and innovative technology integration.

Dorment currently serves as an independent consultant and advisor through Kalki LLC, where he provides financial, operational, and strategic guidance to founders and leadership teams. His work spans interim and fractional executive roles, including CFO and operating leadership positions, where he has led capital raises, built financial infrastructure, and guided companies through key inflection points, including successful acquisitions.

Most recently, Dorment was Chief Operating Officer of Authentic Artists, a generative AI music company, where he built and led the company's finance, operations, HR, and legal functions. He played a central role in scaling the business, establishing strategic partnerships, and supporting the development of cutting-edge AI-driven products for content creators and game developers.

Earlier in his career, Dorment held senior leadership roles in business development and partnerships, including SVP of Publisher Partnerships at Ericsson Emodo, where he contributed to M&A execution and post-acquisition integration. As co-founder and VP of Business Development at Phigital, he helped build a mobile engagement platform that was ultimately acquired by Gimbal.

Dorment brings global experience across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC markets, and has worked extensively at the intersection of media, advertising, and emerging technologies. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Helen Keller Intl, where he has held leadership roles including Chair of the Governance Committee and has contributed across audit, finance, and people committees.

Dorment holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Public and International Policy from Princeton University.
