Board biography
Satya Nadella is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft. He joined Microsoft in 1992 and became Chief Executive Officer in February 2014 after holding leadership roles across the company’s enterprise and consumer businesses.
Before becoming Chief Executive Officer, Nadella led Microsoft’s Cloud and Enterprise group.
